The East Cape region of Baja offers some of the best Blue Marlin fishing anywhere during the summer months.  In a three week period during August 2008, six Blues over 600 lbs. and three over 800 lbs. were taken by Van Wormer Resorts boats!  Numerous other big Blues were released or lost during the "HOT" summer season.
 
Large Yellowfin abound in East Cape waters during August, and numerous fish over 200 lbs. are caught each year.  Many are lost!  You will learn what it takes to catch these tough customers.
